Lucien Naarden started his company on his own as a LMI Master Franchisee and now he has more then 100 employeees working with him. These employees are all spread around the whole Caribbean area where they operate from their own offices.

From the start of LMI Suriname in 1997, every year there has been a double digits growth in revenue. The profit has gone from a modest US$ 12 thousand in 1997 till and expected profit of more then US$ 3 million in 2007.

After receiving several awards every year, for instance the award of  Master Licensee, Lucien Naarden has grown in the year 2006 to Master Motivator and he also became a member of the “ President’s Honor Club”.
