Dawn gained her first degree in Canada. She then came home to Jamaica and continued her studies with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in England.
As a Chartered Marketer, she has experienced a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Goods, Food, Transportation and Government.

Dawn started Effective Leadership Management (ELM) – a franchisee of Leadership Management International (LMI) with the intention of contributing to the empowerment of individuals to fulfill desires in their work and their life.
Prior to beginning ELM, she completed a six month training programme with LMI which qualified her as a certified facilitator.
Approximately a year after ELM’s commencement she was awarded LMIs prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award. A year after that ELM’s sales more than doubled.

Since ELM’s inception, Dawn has facilitated many LMI programmes and conducted several workshops in leadership and professional development. She has worked with over 50 companies locally contributing to enhancing the leadership and performance skills of their executives, managers, supervisors and other team members to achieve measurable results.
When not working, Dawn can be found training for her next marathon or practicing golf. She is a member of the Jamdammers Running Club and completed her first marathon in January 2007.
